"I have worked with Shelby Steffens for an extended period of time.  Her massage therapy techniques have been helpful to me in recovering from a serious injury.  She brings her knowledge of kinesiology to her practice and can support me in working on balance and overall strength.  Her yoga training helps me with my practice.  She is a renaissance woman and has helped to make me a healthier person."

"Shelby was a wonderful work out coach. She met me both in person and virtually to help address my workout goals of increasing body strength, balance and minutes walked each week. Shelby helped me come up with goals that were personal and attainable for someone my age (84 years old).  This was good because on days that I did not feeling like exercising she reminded me of how much better I would feel if I worked out and it would get me closer to my health goals.

Her plans flowed nice and the exercise was suited to my ability. Shelby was always adding small challenges for me to try if I felt up to it and also offered alternate ways to do the same exercise. That made me feel good that I could do everything that she asked me to do. Shelby asked me about the type of music I liked to listen to and incorporated that into the class which made it so much fun.  She also spoke clearly and gave easy to follow instructions.

Shelby was very conscientious about my health and safety during this exercise program.  She was very flexible and respectful of our time together.  When the weather was nice we worked outside and she wore a mask and was at least 6 feet from me. As the weather changed we had virtual workouts and regardless of meeting in person or virtual she always worked around my schedule."
